Summary: After Steve and Bucky rescue their pals from the Raft prison, they decide to dig deeper into Zemo’s involvement in the UN headquarters’ bombing which sends them on a backpacking trip across select European countries. Steve and Bucky believe this is a story about their mission. Scott Lang and Sam Wilson, who join them halfway through, believe it’s a story about their Eurotrip (and they’re probably right). This writer, however, has been waiting to tell you that the fic’s true mission is Steve and Bucky missioning towards missionary.

Follow them on their journey across Europe in tiny cars, packed subway trains and even on skis as they tumble down the Swiss Alps (in a fun way this time!), all the while reigniting untold feelings of the past through inappropriate sexual encounters and terrible communication skills.

Crazy as it was, a little something about Captain America reminded him of Steve. Something about his scowl, the righteous tone of his voice. Maybe that was the real root cause of all this. His Steve might not have all that muscle, but picturing him in those tights, staring down at Bucky with his hands on hips, that did it for him.
Out on the warfront, Bucky develops a Captain America obsession.

the presumption here is that audiences can tell the difference.

presuming they’re not children, the audience can usually tell. ex: when a character does something you don’t like - but it feels like something the character would do - you get mad at the character. when a character does something you don’t like - and the history of that character makes it unbelievable that the character would do that thing - you get mad at the writers.

just read a full blown White Christian Woman recipe, including the pre-requisite 500 words of meaningless intro about camping, where the recipe is basically “use store-bought pie crust and store-bought filling” and these are two out of - and I kid you not - three ingredients needed. and i’m not saying this isn’t a quick and easy way to make something tasty, i’m just saying my grandma is turning in her grave and she’s not even dead

recipe recipes like wtf i'm not saying don't make this stuff i'm just saying like maybe if i'm searching for a recipe i'm looking for something i can fucking make myself at least include the home-made option? if you're running a blog otherwise i can just buy STORE BOUGHT pie anyways not to mention store bought isn't as healthy! idk why this is making me so incensed but like i find this offensive just an absolute affront to food
